The Murray Consultancy has access to a wide range of databases and data services that can provide you with the information you are looking for.
We can offer you any of the following methods of generating primary information about your marketplace, your clients or your prospects.
Quantative Research
Postal Surveys:
To reach those respondents who are inaccessible using either face-to-face or telephone methods, we can source databases for you and mail your target market with a self-completion questionnaire.
Face-to-Face Surveys:
We not only have a local fieldforce of fully trained Market Research Interviewers, but we also operate on a national basis and carry out face-to-face interviews either at street level or door to door.
Telephone Surveys:
For surveys requiring a quick turnaround we operate a fully supervised unit with up to eight workstations.
Qualitative Research
Asking questions like When?, Where?, and Which? give definitive answers you can attach values and measures to. Qualitative Research answers questions like How? and Why?, which relate more to people's attitudes and perceptions. We can offer you either of the two following methodoligies:
Focus Groups:
On a local, regional or national basis we can recruit and moderate discussion groups of 8 - 10 participants who belong to any particular target or interest group. We have access to viewing facilities permitting the client to the discussion.
In-depth Interviews:
We can carry out one-to-one in-depth incentivised interviews to probe deeply into target respondents' opinions and attitudes towards the subject matter of the research.
Data Analysis:
Data Analysis is not just a matter of producing standard cross-tabulated data, the Murray Consultancy applies a range of multivariate techniques to maximise the meaning and interpretation of the data generated by the research.
